Please complete the form below and we will email you all the necessary information required to transfer your stocks to Casita Maria.

Step 2: Notify Us
Once you have completed your stock donation, please contact us or have your financial institution contact us at development@casitamaria.org to notify us of your charitable donation. Please include your name, the number of shares, and the type of shares.
Once your donation is identified, we will send you an acknowledgement letter that you may use for tax purposes.
